Miszlivetz Ferenc

INTRODUCTION

A sociologist, historian, university professor, doctor of the Hungarian Academy of Sciences, also founder and managing director of the iASK- Institute of Advanced studies in Kőszeg. He is professor Jean Monnet ad personam, and professor at the Pannon University. Ferenc Miszlivetz also advisor to the Institute of Political Science Centre for Social Science Research. He created the ISES Foundation, which developed the Kőszeg – Kraft program. Since 2012 Miszlivetz has served as chair of the social sciences unit of the Hungarian UNESCO Committee and holds a UNESCO Chair in Cultural Heritage and Sustainability in Kőszeg.
